Cookie Policy

This cookie policy supplements our privacy policy and explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on bramex.de, for what purpose, how long they are stored, and how you can give, change or withdraw your consent.

The controller is Bramex e.K., owner Ronald Seifart, Königstraße 10 C, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany, e-mail: info@bramex.de.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They make it possible to recognise your browser on your next visit, to save settings or to analyse how the website is used. Similar technologies such as pixels, tags or the browser’s local storage are treated like cookies in this policy.

A distinction is made between session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain stored for a defined period. By origin, there are first-party cookies, which we set ourselves, and third-party cookies, which are set by other companies whose services we integrate.

2. Your consent and how to change it

A cookie banner appears on your first visit. Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent, because the website does not work without them (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act). All other cookies, in particular for statistics and marketing, are set only if you have expressly agreed in the banner (Section 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). The website can be used in full even if you reject these cookies.

You can change your selection or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, click the «Privacy settings» link at the bottom of every page, where you can also see which services are currently active. Your decision is stored in a strictly necessary cookie so that the banner does not reappear on every page. We also record when consent is given and withdrawn so that we can prove it (Art. 7 (1) GDPR); the IP address is not stored.
