What are Verm\u00f6genswirksame Leistungen (VL)?<\/h2>\n

Verm\u00f6genswirksame Leistungen<\/strong> (also known as VL<\/strong> or VwL<\/strong>) are an additional benefit that some employers pay their employees on top of their regular salary. They can be translated as capital-forming benefits<\/em> or wealth-building allowances<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Your employer transfers this amount directly into a savings plan<\/strong> in your name, up to a maximum of \u20ac40 per month<\/strong>. This money does not reduce your net or gross salary \u2014 it is an additional payment made by your employer on top of your wages.<\/p>\n
