\n What happens after I send my details to Bramex?<\/summary>\n

As soon as we receive the details you submitted in the form, we will forward them to the insurance company you have chosen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will receive an automatic reply from us confirming<\/strong> that we have received all your details.<\/p>\n

We will send your details to the insurance company immediately after receiving them and verifying they are valid.<\/strong> If you have any questions during the process, we are here to help. The insurer will confirm everything is correct within 24 hours of the request.<\/p>\n

You will receive the confirmation (welcome letter)<\/strong> by post at the address you provided (two to four days depending on the insurer). The law requires that confirmation be sent by post.<\/p>\n

This letter will also include a code<\/strong> to upload your photo. This photo will be printed on your health insurance card.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your insurance card will then be sent to your home address by post.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

If you do not yet have a fixed address, you can temporarily use the address of a family member or acquaintance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n Do I need to be registered in Germany before taking out this health insurance?<\/summary>\n

No, it is not necessary.<\/p>\n

When you start working as an employee (with a salary above \u20ac538 per month), taking out this insurance is mandatory<\/strong>. You do not need to be registered<\/strong> at the time of processing it. You can register at the local authority at a later date.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/details>\n\n

\n Does the process take longer if I go through Bramex rather than directly with the insurer? What are the advantages?<\/summary>\n

No, it will not take longer.<\/p>\n

We send your details to the health insurance company immediately after receiving them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

From that point, the same management process and timelines<\/strong> apply, regardless of whether you submitted your application through us or directly to the insurer.<\/p>\n
